Who we are:
AIME was founded from a deep belief that families deserve clearer guidance, more compassion, and better support when navigating behavioral health care. After years of working closely with families and within the behavioral health field, we saw firsthand how overwhelming, fragmented, and emotionally heavy the process can be. Too often, families were left to piece things together on their own, without a trusted guide to help them understand options, ask the right questions, and feel confident in their next steps.
AIME was created to change that experience. We bring years of professional expertise, strong relationships with treatment centers and medical professionals, and a calm, steady presence to every family we work with. Our approach is rooted in empathy, clarity, and advocacy—meeting families where they are, honoring their unique dynamics, and helping them find care that truly fits. At its core, AIME exists to make a complex system feel more human, more navigable, and more supportive for families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Amy Smith, MS brings nearly two decades of senior leadership in behavioral health clinical outreach and system strategy. She has led multi-state market expansion, site launches and performance turnarounds. Throughout her career, Amy has built relationships across the country with quality primary mental health and dual diagnosis programs as well as specialty programs. Throughout all of these experiences, however working alongside families providing concierge care and advisement has been the greatest privilege. Amy is recognized for her integrity, strategic insight to family system support and the ability to build trusted relationships across the behavioral health continuum.
